This Refund Policy applies to all subscription plans (Silver, Gold, Diamond) purchased through freedomdigitalhub.com. By purchasing any of our plans, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1Eligible Refund Scenarios

We will process a full or partial refund in the following situations:

  • Platform Technical Failure: If the platform is completely inaccessible or non-functional for more than 72 consecutive hours due to issues on our end, verified by our technical team
  • Duplicate Billing: If you have been charged twice for the same subscription period due to a payment processing error
  • Billing Error: If you were charged an incorrect amount that differs from the plan price displayed at time of purchase
  • Unauthorized Transaction: If a subscription was purchased without your authorization and reported within 3 days of the transaction
  • Service Not Delivered: If you purchased a plan but were never granted platform access despite completing payment, and the issue was not resolved within 48 hours

✅ All eligible refund requests will be reviewed within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.

2Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after purchase or after accessing the platform
  • Inability to find clients or generate the expected income — results depend on individual effort and market conditions
  • Partial use of the subscription period (e.g., requesting a refund after using the platform for 2 months of a 6-month plan)
  • Failure to use the platform features or attend training sessions provided
  • Dissatisfaction with income results, as earnings are not guaranteed
  • Account suspension due to violation of our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Requests submitted after 7 days from the billing/charge date
  • Requests for add-on services, coaching sessions, or one-time purchases once delivered

⚠️ Freedom Digital Hub is a business tool — your income depends on how actively you use it. We provide training, support, and a proven system, but success requires consistent effort on your part.

3Webinar Registrations

Our webinars are provided completely free of charge. Since there is no payment involved, there is nothing to refund for webinar registrations.

4How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:

Await ReviewOur support team will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and complete the review within 5–7 business days

Refund ProcessedIf approved, refunds are credited to your original payment method within 10–14 business days depending on your bank

5Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved:

  • UPI / Net Banking: 3–7 business days
  • Debit / Credit Card: 7–14 business days (depends on your bank)
  • Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.): 3–5 business days

If you do not receive your refund within the stated period, please check with your bank first, then contact us at support@freedomdigitalhub.com with your refund confirmation number.

6Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Please note the following:

  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless an eligible refund scenario applies
  • Your platform access will remain active until the end of your current paid subscription period
  • After cancellation, your account data will be retained for 30 days before deletion — please export any necessary data before this period ends
  • Reactivating a cancelled account may require purchasing a new subscription at the prevailing rate

7Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, we encourage you to:

  • Reply to our refund decision email explaining your concern — we will escalate to a senior team member for re-review
  • Contact our founder directly at support@freedomdigitalhub.com with subject "Escalation Request"

We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, under the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
