These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Freedom Digital Hub platform, website, and related services ("Services") provided by Freedom Digital Hub ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), founded by Fasalurahman Moolayil, based in Kerala, India.

By registering for a webinar, creating an account, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Freedom Digital Hub's Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users including resellers, visitors, and registered account holders.

2Description of Services

Freedom Digital Hub provides an AI-powered website reseller platform that includes:

• AI Website Builder for creating websites without coding knowledge
• Unlimited website creation and management for your clients
• Free AWS-powered hosting for all websites created on the platform
• Built-in CRM, Sales Funnel Builder, WhatsApp Automation, and Email Marketing tools
• Reseller dashboard to manage clients, billing, and renewals
• Training materials, webinars, and business support resources

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of our Services at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

3Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law
• Not have been previously suspended or removed from our platform
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information

4Account Responsibilities

As a registered user, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach at support@freedomdigitalhub.com
• Ensuring all client information you enter on the platform is accurate and lawfully obtained
• Complying with all applicable Indian laws when conducting your reseller business

You may not share your account credentials with any third party or transfer your account to another person without our prior written consent.

5Payment & Billing

Our subscription plans (Silver, Gold, Diamond) are billed on a 6-month or 12-month basis as selected at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the full subscription amount as displayed at time of purchase
• Provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the stated amount
• Understand that subscription fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy
• Keep your billing information current and up to date

6Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our platform to:

• Build or host websites containing illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or misleading content
• Violate any applicable Indian or international laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the core platform technology
• Engage in spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messaging through our automation tools
• Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Overload, disrupt, or compromise the security of our platform infrastructure
• Create websites that infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

7Intellectual Property

All content, features, and technology on the Freedom Digital Hub platform — including but not limited to software, AI algorithms, design templates, logos, and training materials — are the intellectual property of Freedom Digital Hub and are protected under Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for your legitimate reseller business activities during your active subscription period. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our platform's proprietary technology
• Use our brand name or logo without prior written permission
• Create competing products or services using our platform's features

Websites you create for your clients using our platform are owned by you and your clients. We claim no ownership over the content you generate.

8Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for the highest quality and uptime, we make no warranties, express or implied, that:

• The platform will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted
• Income projections or estimates shown will be achieved by all users
• The platform is free from bugs, viruses, or other harmful components
• Results from using our Services will meet your specific business expectations

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Freedom Digital Hub and its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use our Services
• Any third-party conduct or content on websites you build using our platform

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the platform
• Providing false information during registration

Upon termination, your access to the platform and all associated data will be revoked. We are not liable for any loss resulting from account termination due to Terms violations.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on cancellation refunds.

11Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation or mediation.
